Independence, Worn on the Wrist
linkTo pairs a standalone LTE smartwatch with a caregiver app for Android and iPhone to track wandering risk in real time and detect falls, abnormal heart rate, or prolonged inactivity — without asking the patient to open an app or carry a phone.
The core principle: zero input. The watch senses the moment — the system decides whether it matters.
The Watch
Multi-Mode Safety System
Three safety modes, matched to how each patient actually moves through their day.
지정한 안심구역을 기준으로 이탈 여부를 판단합니다. 가장 단순하고 예측 가능한 모드예요.
Patent filed — Application No. 10-2026-0137315.
How each mode sets the Safe Zone
Anomaly Detection
If the patient falls, an unusual heart rate continues, or there's no movement for a long time, we alert the caregiver. The patient doesn't need to measure or log anything.
When there's no movement for 3 hours
Guardian Sync
The watch sends location and status on its own. Caregivers only hear about what matters.
Patient's watch
- Its own LTE line — works without a phone
- Location every 10s / 8s while moving; slower after 25s still
- Inactivity check every 15 min, 07:00–22:00
Caregiver app
- Only sustained, real signals escalate, step by step
- Safe · Caution · Danger on the iPhone lock screen
- Each caregiver's 5-minute confirm rate and avg. response time
Nearby acquaintance's caregiver
- Gets a help request → “Got it” / “I'll help”
- Name and place label only — never exact coordinates
Arrival & today's meetings
The caregiver's location is shared only after consent, and only while the app is open. Patients in the same proximity program can see who they spent time near; joining needs caregiver approval.
Several caregivers, one team
The primary role can be handed over, and if the primary caregiver stays inactive for a long time, another caregiver temporarily takes over. Response rates cover the last 30 days and update as alerts arrive.
Offline is a status too
If no location arrives from the watch for 10 minutes, the lock-screen status switches to “Offline” on its own, even with the app closed. A help requester sees only how many people were notified and responded, not who.

ACTIVE SCANNING...
AI reviews activity weekly and suggests a better-fit mode.
이번 주 평일 오후마다 주간보호센터에 머물렀어요. 요일·시간대별로 안심구역을 예약해 두면 더 잘 맞아요.
Proximity Awareness
linkTo learns each patient's frequent places and evaluates their real activity radius weekly. When behavior shifts, it recommends switching modes — no manual reconfiguration needed.
현재 위치: 안심구역 안
At DANGER status, a single tap of the watch shows emergency medical info (NFC) — no app or unlock required.
Expansion
The Weekly Report
A Wrapped-style story for caregivers: total distance moved, most-visited places, and most active time of day — auto-playing, no dashboards to dig through.
Launch
Now on Google Play and the App Store. Basic covers location, Safe Zones, SOS, and fall detection; Plus adds heart rate and inactivity detection.
Caregiver app available for Android and iPhone.
About linkTo
Keeping families linked to the people they care for
linkTo connects people living with dementia to their caregivers through a watch on the wrist. The wearer only needs to put the watch on — location, Safe Zone exits, falls and SOS calls reach the caregiver app.
We work with families and care centers so that going out stays possible, and help arrives quickly when it's needed.
